So it’s a new year and as with all new things there is some excitement. With Christmas just passing us it’s not too hard for us to remember the excitement of unwrapping something we’ve been waiting for. What was that for you have been most excited for in the past number of years. A new gadget, idevice, piece of clothing, tickets, book, movie, gift card? There is always excitement with something new that we are waiting for. I want to turn this idea on its head for a moment.
I believe God is excited about giving something new to us this year… a renewed desire to connect with Him though His word and a renewed sense of calling. So I’m inviting you to read God’s word with me this season. I’m moving through James, Matthew – John by June. You can do this in paper form here or digital.
